Behind-the-Scenes and Final Product

As a make-up artist we are always behind-the-scenes and are on set for the making of movies, productions and photo shoots and most times, we aren't privy to the concept or sometimes even what the final piece will be. It always amazes me when I see the final product, may it be in a magazine, brochure, direct mail or when I'm in line at the grocery store.

If you guys have viewed our website you will have seen all the behind-the-scenes images we've captured while working and one in particular really threw me for a loop. The photo was in a  gondola rowing boat set up in a parking lot and we were asked to do the hair and make-up for the talent.

I couldn't have even imagined what the final product would be. But it turned out great. Here's the behind-the-scenes image and the final product. It is truly amazing how they put these things together.

If there is one company that we admire for all that they do for fashion, make-up and beauty it's Orlando Style Magazine and Tampa Style Magazine. We love the way they bring upscale fashion and beauty to Orlando/Tampa Area.

"Beaute' and Miss America 2011 Contestants

The fifty-three 2011 Miss America Pageant Contestants visited the Orlando Area recently. Beaute Speciale had the opportunity to Beautify the contestants at the Magic Kingdom® Park at the Walt Disney World® Resort for a day full of magic and new memories. 

Ana Rivera and Jacquin Morton were there to help each contestant put their best face forward. It's great when you can meet the representatives of poise and beauty. They were awesome to work with.

Dramatically Different!

For this photoshoot we did a clean wholesome look for model, Betsy Landon. This is more for a commercial shoot or a Disney type look. She asked us to do this style for her headshots. It's a clean, all American girl look.

Once we got that done we sexed it up a bit and gave her a not so clean every day

 look. Check and see what a transformation a little good hair and makeup can do!

We love the glossy smokey eye look, it's a classic and specialty of Ana Rivera!

The bottom photographs reminded us of a Guess ad - and that was our inspiration! Nice job Betsy and great photos Diana!!

Make-up Tutorial - Rhianna Red Lip Look

Being a beauty company we enjoy the world of make-up and fashion and all that is beauty. This month we featured another make-up tutorial on our YouTube Page. This month's look was a Rhianna Red-Lip Look.

We recently discovered the Illamasqua makeup collection at Sephora and it's wonderful!  Illamasqua is a British makeup line known for its vibrant, rich shades of color.  The colors are truly brilliant and beautiful.

"French Glamour" is the feeling of Fall!

This fall the feeling of make-up and nails and all things glamourous is taking a more french feeling. From the runways of Fashion week to the major cosmetic companies "French Glamour" is all the rage.
